I'm Not Receiving Emails from EasyConnect

If you are an occasional employee
NOTE: This section only applies to occasional employees who are receiving job notifications (e.g., phone calls, texts, or notifications) but are not receiving assignment offer or filled emails.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure your email address is correct

  • Go to EasyConnect > My Preferences and verify that your email address is entered correctly.

2. Check your junk/spam mail

3. Check if our email address, info@applytoeducation.com, has been blocked

  • If you are using Gmail, refer to the 'Review your blocked sender list' section of this article.
  • If you are using Outlook, refer to the 'Unblock senders' section of this article.
  • If you are using Yahoo, refer to the 'Unblock email addresses' section of this article.

4. Add our email address, info@applytoeducation.com, to the Safe Senders List

If you are a permanent employee
NOTE: This section applies to permanent or long-term employees who are not receiving absence creation or filled emails.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure your email address is correct

  • Go to Portfolio > View & Edit Portfolio and check that the email address listed under 'Personal Information' is correct.

2. Follow steps 2–4 from the Occasional Employee section above
